Tokyo Suido Services Co., Ltd. reached its twentieth anniversary in February 2007. Since its establishment, the company has undertaken management and control services for various water facilities. These services include the diagnoses of water pipes and the operation, control and management of water treatment plants and water supply stations. With greater technical knowledge and expertise than ordinary private companies, our company has been providing a high level of waterworks technology and services for the maintenance and management of water pipes and other facilities.

In October 2006, the Tokyo Metropolitan Govermnent acquired 51% of the total stock of our company. This has enabled our company to conduct activities related to waterworks as a partner of the Bureau of Waterworks of the Tokyo Metropolitan Govermnent, but we also bear heavier responsibility.

Taking this opportunity, we wish to provide all customers assurance of "safety" and "reliability" by establishing new principles for the company and its operation and by being aware of our mission as a public waterworks utility under such principles.

In 2010, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government decided to allow the Waterworks Bureau to utilize the world's leading know-how, which has been accumulated in Tokyo Waterworks up to now, on not only technical cooperation basis but also business basis through Tokyo Suido Services Co., Ltd.

Then we have started our business overseas with support from Tokyo Metropolitan Waterworks Bureau.

Unlike private companies, that must focus on making profits, our company emphasizes compliance. We will continue contributing to the transfer of waterworks technology to the next generation for its continued development, bearing in mind that we are working for the public interest.
